Najma Pilgrim is Director, Human Resources at Fidelity Investments Canada. She joined Fidelity in 2006 and has over 18 years of Management and Leadership experience. In her current role she is responsible for leading the Employee Relations team, working with business leaders to build and assess talent and Chairs the Diversity and Inclusion Committees for Fidelity Canada. Najma is passionate about building and contributing to an inclusive work culture.

Before joining Fidelity, Najma worked in the Human Capital Management and Communications industry for 14 years.
